Link person to account
Assigns persons that have already been imported to a billing account, so that the account pays for the person.
- Format
- CSV (comma or semicolon), UTF-8
- Access rights
- Administrator, write contacts (CRM)
- Example files
- AFS_LINK_PERSON_beispiel_technisch.csv (technical column names)
AFS_LINK_PERSON_beispiel_anwender.csv (German column names)
In short: With this file you link existing persons to their billing accounts. Both must have been imported beforehand.
What you need this for
An account pays for one or more persons, for example a family. This assignment is created here. Without it, invoices and memberships lack the link between the person and the payer.
Before you start
- Rights: You need the access right Imports (Importe) and be an Administrator with write access for Contacts (CRM) (Kontakte (CRM)).
- Order: The persons must be imported via Persons and members and the accounts via Billing accounts. If one of the two is missing, the row is skipped.
- Numbers: Use exactly the numbers from the two files.
Prepare the file
- File name: The name must contain
AFS_LINK_PERSON_and end with.csv, for exampleAFS_LINK_PERSON_zuordnung.csv. - Header row: The first row contains the column names from the table below.
- Separator: Comma or semicolon, the same throughout the file.
- Size: From 4000 rows onwards, vynst splits the file into packages of 1000 rows each.
