Lists, pages and filters

Load lists of the vynst (inwendo ERP) REST API page by page, search and sort them.

List endpoints return their entries page by page. These query parameters work wherever a list comes back:

Parameter	Meaning	Default
`page`	page, starting at `0`	`0`
`pageSize`	entries per page, at most `200`	`50`
`searchString`	free text search in the list	–
`orderFieldName`	field to sort by	–
`orderFieldSort`	`ASC` or `DESC`	–

The response headers carry the totals:

Header	Content
`X-IW-MAX-RESULTS`	number of all matches
`X-IW-MAX-PAGES`	number of pages for the chosen page size
