Registration and membership application widget

New members register on your website, alone or as a family, with membership, bank details, SEPA mandate and consents.

With this widget, new members and customers register themselves. It comes in two forms, both in the same script:

You set which memberships and products are available, which fields are required and whether a new account is created in vynst under self-registration. The widget shows exactly that.

Options for both forms

data-iw-render shadow light: render into the page so your CSS applies. With data-iw-styles="none", without any CSS of the widget itself.

Registration only

data-iw-registration-flow auto unified (with membership and bank details), basic (master data only) or auto (first unified, otherwise basic)

Membership application only

Set up in vynst

  • Registration - Mode (iw_self_sign_up_mode) must not be NONE. Allowed values are NEW_ACCOUNT, EXISTING_ACCOUNT and BOTH. With NONE, vynst rejects submissions.
  • Release the memberships and products for self-registration.
  • Enter your website under CORS - Permitted origins.

Events

Registration: iw:registration:ready, :validated, :submitted, :error. Membership application: iw:register-multi-person:ready, :validated, :submitted, :error, and with the calculator :apply. The membership application events only contain numbers such as step, number of people and IDs, no personal data.

API

The widget uses GET /api/cp/signup/unified_start/json (or /api/cp/signup/start) to start, and POST /api/cp/signup/finish/{token} to submit. For the membership application, all further people are sent in one call.
