Die Fassung, die zum Steuerberater geht und ins Archiv. Sie nennt deshalb nicht nur die Zahlen, sondern auch, wie sie zustande gekommen sind - nach Zufluss oder nach Rechnungsdatum -, und ob der Bericht schon festgeschrieben ist. Ein Entwurf sagt das im Dokument selbst; sonst läge irgendwann ein Ausdruck in einer Akte, dem man nicht ansieht, dass er vorläufig war.
